Good evening, Rebecca. Greetings to you from California, where I'm nine hours behind you, typing this instead of working at my day job. ;) (Wink) Thank you very much for dropping by and viewing my work. Thank for sharing your very own interesting and very expressive art. Perhaps it is only my interpretation -- and as I don't read Swedish I can't read any commentary that might confirm or refute my interpretation -- but there seems to be an underlying tone of sadness that riffs through much of your work. Perhaps that is why I find much of your portrait and figurative work so visually compelling. On a totally unrelated note, many, many, many years ago, when I was a teenager living in New York City I was in a rock band. (I did not play guitar well, and frankly, I don't have a sense of rhythm to either play instruments or dance.) Our guitarist went on to become famous. His brother who played bass passed away recently. And our drummer was the son of a famous record producer. His last name was Thiel.
Cheers,
Ed
